1. Complete the Move-In Form: Fill out our online move-in form to start the registration process.
2. Provide Identification: Bring your NRIC (for Singapore residents), Work Permit (for foreigners working in Singapore), or Passport (for foreigners). We verify your identity via OTP sent to your phone and email.
3. Choose a Plan: Select from our flexible monthly or yearly rental plans. The minimum storage period is one month.
4. Access Your Box: Use our multi-layered access system (face recognition, card access, fingerprint, PIN, and physical key) for 24/7 access.

Yes, we do! BOXPARK is a self-storage space in the same building as STARVAULT (STARVAULT is a brand under BOXPARK). 

Customers can stay with us for as short as 7 days or as long as they require.   The entire process from enquiry, viewing units, and sign-ups is prompt and fuss-free, and you can sign up today and use the space immediately.

• Single Ownership Box: Upon your passing, STARVAULT will provide  a legally authorised representative, such as the executor of your estate, access to your Box, upon presentation of the necessary legal documents (e.g., Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration).

• Joint Ownership Box: If the box is jointly owned, the right of survivorship applies. This means the surviving joint owner(s) will retain full access to the safe deposit box without disruption. However,  if STARVAULT is notified of a competing claim by the deceased's estate, it reserves the right to restrict access until the matter is legally resolved.

Yes, you can. To sign up, you need to come in person to sign up.  

You need the following:

• A phone number (that we will verify by OTP)
• An email address (which we likewise verify by OTP)
• Your NRIC (for permanent residents), Work Permit (for foreigners working in Singapore), or Passport (for foreigners)

If you are a foreigner, and your Will and Grant of Probate are issued in another jurisdiction, additional legal steps may be required before access to your safe deposit box is granted.

• For Single Ownership Boxes: Your appointed executor or legal representative must have your foreign Grant of Probate re-sealed by the Singapore Courts or obtain a fresh Grant of Probate in Singapore. This legal process ensures that the foreign documents are recognized under Singapore law. Only upon completion of this process will access to the safe deposit box be granted.

• For Joint Ownership Boxes: The right of survivorship applies, meaning the surviving joint owner can continue to access the safe deposit box without interruption. However,  if STARVAULT is notified of a competing claim by the deceased estate, it reserves the right to restrict access until the matter is legally resolved.
